What is sftm?
Have you ever found yourself doing what you don’t want to do and avoiding what you know is right? This is often a result of disconnection between our mind and body. What we know doesn't necessarily translate to how we act.
Searching for a True Move is a multi sensory movement play space designed to realign our desires and behaviors. It helps people seeking transformation deepen their awareness of inner habits while providing body-mind tools to forge healthier ones. By playing with movement as a way of transforming inner truths, True Move guides participants towards more integrated and fulfilled lives.

His peers were guiding his intention behind the choreographic movement. They repeatedly asked this question to prompt a rageful spirit from Quilan.
